Update to nominations guidelines

We've recieved some feedback and we have decided to change how we handle nominations.
When nominating relationships please don't use any prefix. Previously, we asked for the group: prefix.
We no longer allow nominations for groups of characters as a group (like the Turks from FFVII or the Scions of the 7th Dawn from FFXIV) - please nominate the relevant & or / relationships you want instead. If you are hitting the 100-characters maximum limit for tags, abbreviate the names as necessary.
When nominating solo characters or wordbuilding, please add the 1: prefix.
